Pocono Fields - Pocono Road (across from St Claires, Denville)

 

From the East taking Rt 46

Take Rt 46 West from Parsippany, past Rt 202 intersection. Go past Paul's Diner - take right before second light and go into center of Denville. Take right onto Diamond Summer Road. Turn right at the next light onto Pocono Road. Fields are on your right.

From the East taking Rt 80

Take Rt 80 West- exit 39 onto Rt 46 East. Make turn onto Rt 53 North. Go through two lights onto Diamond Summer Road. Turn right at the next light onto Pocono Road. Fields are on your right.

Parking

Please DO NOT park at 16 Pocono Road. This is a parking lot for vistors of the office building at 16 Pocono Road only. Go past the office building and park on the other side of the barn.

Tailgating and facilities

Arrive early!  The parking lot fills up quickly.  We will have 2-3 large popup tents set up between the fields for use as our Home base.  We'll leave the tents all day long.  Please feel free to join us, bring a chair, food, a cooler, etc.  If you would like to set up your own tent, definitely arrive at least an hour prior to the first game.

Teams & Schedules:

​

We'll be fielding 3 separate teams for the tournament.  Though more costly, this will maximize playing time for everyone.   Games are 25 minute running time.   The clock doesn't stop for anything, so in practical terms the games are much quicker than a regular game.   Check your email for more info on teams.  

​

Grade 5 team-  Games @ 8:00,  9:00, 11:00, and 12:00.

Grade 6 team- Games @ 8:30, 10:30, and 12:00

Grade 8 team- Games @ 1:30, 3:30, and 5:00

What to Bring?

​

Dont forget your mouthpiece and all gear.  You can bring food and an ice chest or buy food at the facility.  A folding chair is useful for parents.  There are no bleachers.
